With this Flying Geese ruler, calculating and sewing is child's play!
The calculations can be easily done in centimeters. No conversion to American measurements is necessary.
Sew the Flying Geese using the time-honored method and then cut the units to the correct size using this ruler.
Assemble the geese as usual using the 1/4-inch quilting foot.
Cut 1 square of 14 cm and 4 squares of 8 cm. Instructions are shown in the images below.
The finished width of one unit is 5 cm x 10 cm.
The template has a non-slip 'fabric gripping action' backing.
