Prices

The prices shown in the online shop include the current statutory VAT.

Payment methods

You can pay in CHF or EUR and we offer the following payment methods:

• On account (for domestic customers and international customers with a proven payment history).
• By credit card (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard)
• Pick-up and payment of the items in the shop

Delivery times

We ship items by regular parcel post unless the customer requests a different method. The delivery time for orders from Switzerland is approx. 6 days, for orders from EU countries approx. 10 days. Items that are out of stock will be re-ordered immediately. In this case the delivery time ranges from 1-3 weeks for European to 4-8 weeks for overseas products.

Shipping cost

Free shipping for orders equal or greater than CHF 100.00 (100.00 €).

Shipping cost for orders below CHF 100.00 (100.00 €):

• up to 2 meters of fabric CHF 5.00 (€ 5.10)
• more than 2 meters of fabrics and all other products CHF 8.00 (€ 8.16)

For partial shipments we charge shipping costs only once if applicable.

Customs Duty

Import duty, charged by your customs authorities and payable by you, may be due on items sent outside Switzerland.

Return Policy

Unused and originally packaged items may be returned to us within 10 days after receipt of the shipment. Please put sufficient postage on returned shipment and include the original invoice. Stencils, patterns, fabrics and batting less than 1 m in length and opened CDs or DVDs are excluded from the right to be returned.

Security and data portection

We protect the transmission of your data through a secure SSL connection. SSL is a security technology, which ensures that your personal data, including your credit card information, can be securely transmitted via the Internet. The data are encrypted in such a way that they cannot be read by third parties.

In order to process your order we need the following data from you: name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address and possibly also credit card data. If data need to be processed to improve the customer service or for technical reasons we will take appropriate measures to safeguard the customers’ legal rights in the area of data protection. Credit card information will be deleted after payment processing. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

Color Accuracy

We take care to generate fabric images, which reflect the actual color as accurately as possible. However, due to individual screen settings, differences in color and lightness cannot be avoided unfortunately.
