Conditions for Classes

Cotton & Color is responsible for the class administration only comprising organization, publication of the program, collection of registrations, and mailing of class confirmations incl. the list of materials [14 days before the class starts] and provides the class room.

1. Registration

For the allocation of spaces the registration date is crucial. Besides online registrations we also receive registration personally, by phone and by regular mail. The number of available seats is being updated regularly, however a space can not be guaranteed. Your registration will be reviewed immediately and becomes valid once you receive a confirmation from us.

2. Payment

The collection of the class fee is solely the responsibility of the class instructor. Payment to the class instructor is due at the beginning of the class.

3. Resignation

The preparation of a class needs a lot of effort.
The following resignation rules apply:
Until 15 days before the class starts you may cancel your participation at no cost. Between 5 and 15 days before the class starts an administrative fee of CHF 25.- will be charged. In all other cases the full class fee will be billed. Exceptions will be granted when a hardship occurs and a written justification is provided. Each class participant is of course allowed to send a deputy.

4. Conduct of Classes

The conduct of the classes, their content and the handouts are the responsibility of the class instructor.
